Hello everyone Iam writing this review to express my enormous thanks and gratitude to Fatima who works in Coldwell Banker. From where I can start? I had a very bad experience in summer with another broker who advised me to go for the worst project in Dubai. After paying a deposit, I found out that it was a huge fraud! I was desperate trying to get my deposit back and at the same time, I understood how it works in real estate here in Dubai and what are the good projects that I have to seriously consider. How I understood? Thanks to Fatima . This lady spent long time with me just trying to help me by giving me good advices: when I should invest and especially how can I get my money back from the other broker. What I liked more about Fatima is the fact that she never pushes you to buy. She just advises you about the best options and deals in the market. After being badly advised from other agents and brokers who are only looking for money, Fatima was here just to listen to us, to help us. I am known as a person who likes to go into details and want to make sure about what are the best opportunities to invest in Dubai. And now brokers are calling us to ask us if we want to sell the properties for a very good profit even though We bought these properties 3 months ago only. In addition Fatima, she is the kind of person who will continue to do follow up in all the procedures with you until you get your key 🔑 and if she is available she can even go with you to help you in the inspection of the apartment all this for free with a good heart ❤️. Saying that, One of my family member also bought recently with Fatima. And I advise anyone ,who is looking for a good consultant and advice to buy properties, to go with Fatima without hesitation.
