About Me

My name is Yehia Zakaria Abdelaziz, and I am originally from Egypt. I have lived in Dubai for the past 36 years and have been active in the Dubai real estate market since 2015. I have been a certified Property Consultant with the Real Estate Regulatory Agency (RERA) since 2017.

I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce and Business Administration, majoring in Foreign Trade, from Helwan University in Cairo, Egypt (2003).

With extensive experience as a Leasing Manager, I have developed strong expertise in negotiation, business planning, sales, market research, and property management. I focus on understanding my clients’ needs and providing tailored solutions, whether that involves presenting multiple property options, acting as an intermediary in negotiations, or determining competitive market prices by comparing similar properties.

My goal is to provide professional, reliable, and personalized guidance to every client I work with.
